Lee Harris is Managing Director, Head of Retail Banking at Texas Capital. He is responsible for overseeing the consumer and small business segments within the firm’s Retail line of business. Texas Capital is a $30 billion asset bank headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with a strong presence across the state’s major metropolitan markets – Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio. Under Lee’s leadership, the Retail Banking division is focused on delivering a relationship-driven approach, supporting the financial needs of both individual consumers and small business clients. Lee joined Texas Capital in January 2022.

Previously, he served as Vice President, Mortgage Loan Officer at Regions Bank, where he was responsible for supporting homeowners, investors, builders, contractors, recruiters and realtors in their business needs. Prior to that he served as Vice President, Consumer Banking Manager, and Vice President, Branch Manager while at Regions Bank. He has also held roles with Habitat for Humanity, BBVA and Wells Fargo. Lee earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Florida Metropolitan University.
