Lee Harris is a retail banking and organizational leader with 15 years in banking and 22 years of leadership experience. His passion and purpose is to lead, coach and develop teams to stretch beyond the current status quo to achieve and surpass current goals while looking ahead to the next set of challenges. A financial industry veteran, Lee has served in a variety of retail banking, consumer lending and financial services leadership roles. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from Florida Metropolitan University, and volunteers with Habitat For Humanity of Williamson County, Texas.
