SWEEPSTAKES TERMS & CONDITIONS AT LIVE SHOWS

A number of drawings for various prizes (the “Sweepstakes”) will be conducted by Small Business Expo LLC, a Florida limited liability company located at 110 E Broward Blvd, Suite 1700, Fort Lauderdale, FL 3301 (“Sponsor”, “we”, “us”, “our”) throughout the day at the Small Business Expo (the “Event”).

Prizes. A list of all prizes and their approximate retail values (each “ARV”) will be available at our Small Business Expo client services registration desk in the registration area in front of the Small Business Expo and also available by email when you email us at clientservices@theshowproducers.com (collectively, the “Prizes”). The total ARV of all Prizes offered as part of the Sweepstakes is up to but does not exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000). Each Prize consists of
only those items specifically listed as part of its description.
Eligibility requirements. Only registered attendees of the Event or persons who otherwise submit a business card to us,
and who have the capacity to enter into a binding legal agreement with us, are eligible to enter the any of the Sweepstakes. All other persons, including without limitation Sponsor’s agents, employees and/or officers (and their immediate families) are ineligible to participate in any of the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter: All Event registrants who register will have the opportunity to participate in the Small Business
Expo and collect “points” toward their participation. Participation can mean visiting exhibitor booths in the exhibitor hall, attending workshops and keynotes, chatting with exhibitors, visiting networking
sessions and more. All participation is free and all points are free to earn. Points may not be purchased. Non-Event registrants may enter each Sweepstakes drawing by submitting their email address to our Small Business Expo client services registration desk in the registration area or by emailing clientservices@theshowproducers.com by no later than 3 PM in the time zone of that city’s Event on the date of the Event.
Drawing; Odds. The winner (“Winner”) of any of Sweepstakes prize (each, a “Prize”) will be determined by the number
of points an Event registrant has earned by their free participation in the Event. The drawings for each Prize will occur at
designated times in the Event’s Keynote Theatre (also known as “The Main Stage”), Networking Happy Hour area or by email notification to the Winner at the completion of the Event (please refer to the Event’s Agenda and/or the “Leaderboard” to
find out the times and method of notification). You may also inquire at the Small Business Expo client services desk in the registration area located at the front of the Event or by emailing us at clientservices@theshowproducers.com. Each Winner’s name will be announced at the Event or by an email notification after the conclusion of the Event. If the Winner is announced during the Event, a Winner needs to be present at the drawing to
win. If the initial Winner selected is not present at a drawing, then an alternate Winner will be selected by the same method from the pool of remaining entrants. The odds of winning each Sweepstakes depend on the number of points received. There are usually multiple placed winners at each Event based on the number of free points earned. For example, a First Place, Second Place, Third Place winner and so on. In the event of a tie (that is, two winners earned the same number of points for that placed winner), then two prizes of lesser value will be awarded to replace that one prize to total the total value of the original prize. For clarification, if there are two tied winners each with 100 points and tie for the second place prize which in this example might be a flat screen TV valued at $300, then those two tied winners will receive
a different prize valued at $150 each, making the total value of the two prizes $300 total. The new prize and eligibility is determined solely by us. Previous Winners from previous Events may not be a Winner again and will be excluded. Previous or current exhibitors in our Events may not be a Winner. Only one Winner allowed per company.
Restrictions. A Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer a Prize for cash or other consideration to any third party. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize with an item of equal or greater value or a gift card. Sponsor is not responsible for (i) the failure to submit a drawing entry due to error, (ii) any lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect, illegal, stolen or misplaced entries, (iii) electronic, network or computer failures or malfunctions, or (iv) failed, incomplete, garbled or
delayed computer transmission, hardware, software or technical errors of any kind including any injury or damage to any person’s computer, that may limit your ability to participate in any of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify any or all of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) if fraud, misconduct or technical failures impact the integrity of any or all of the Sweepstakes or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of any or all of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Verification and Approval of Winner. Winners must be present at the drawing in order to claim the Prize of such drawing, and must immediately notify Sponsor that s/he is a Winner. If the Winner has not notified Sponsor by making himself/herself known immediately, then Winner is no longer entitled to receive the applicable Prize(s) and Sponsor may or may not select an alternate Winner. Winner shall be required to provide certain basic information to us (including the original ticket or badge provided upon entry into the particular Sweepstakes), identification to verify your identity and name matches the winner’s name badge, and to execute and return to us an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release. Failure to execute and deliver such a document may result in disqualification of Winner and selection of an alternate Winner. Upon proper verification and approval, each Prize will be awarded to the respective Winner via email or US Mail.
Conditions. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (1) to be bound by these Official Rules, (2) to comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations; (3) that neither Sponsor nor any of its officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives are responsible or liable for any claim, injury, loss, harm, damages, costs or
expenses, including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death, arising out of an attendee’s participation in any or all the Sweepstakes, any Prize-related activities, or the acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize; (4) that, except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any Prize constitutes the grant of an unconditional right for Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, voice, likeness, photograph, address (city and state), biographical information,
Prize information (including, without limitation, photographs of Winner with a Prize) and/or statements about any of the Sweepstakes for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes for this or similar promotions without additional compensation to Winner; (5) that acceptance of a Prize constitutes a waiver of any claim in connection with the Prize to royalties, rights or remuneration for said use; (6) that all costs and expenses incurred by Winner in connection with a Prize,
including applicable taxes and insurance (if any) are the Winner’s sole responsibility; and (7) that the internal laws of the State of Florida shall apply exclusively to each of the Sweepstakes and that any dispute which arises relating to any of the Sweepstakes shall be resolved in either the federal or state courts located in the State of Florida.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason.
