Raised in Los Angeles by immigrant parents, Trixy grew up in a small guest house and learned early that circumstances do not determine outcomes. At fourteen years old she started her first business, a tutoring program called Trixy’s Tutor Time, which sparked a lifelong passion for entrepreneurship and leadership.

She later started her first companies with nothing more than a phone and a desk and spent years building them from the ground up. Those ventures eventually became industry leaders and were later sold to Goldman Sachs and Fidelity National Financial, with the two exits occurring within nine months of each other. These milestones established Trixy as a respected entrepreneur and innovator in real estate finance.

Today, in addition to being an active real estate investor, she is the founder of Success Unlocked, a platform focused on leadership development, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial growth. Through founder stories, practical frameworks, and community driven learning, the platform helps entrepreneurs and leaders navigate the challenges of building businesses and meaningful lives.
