He began his career on major commercial projects with Clark Construction and The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, then went on to operate and scale multiple construction businesses in the $5–25 million range—building a reputation for turning complex execution into repeatable systems, clear ownership, and measurable performance.

Today, Timmy serves as Vice President of Growth at 20four7VA, a global remote staffing solutions provider that has supported more than 7,000 businesses worldwide. He leads the company’s Growth Department, a unified hub designed to drive scalable demand and strengthen company-wide performance through disciplined prioritization and experimentation. His scope spans demand generation, marketing and brand, digital/web optimization, SEO/SEM and paid acquisition, content and messaging strategy, growth and revenue analytics, reputation management, and workflow automation.
