Melissa Leal Textellent

Melissa Leal is a Strategic Accounts Advisor at Textellent, a business texting platform that helps companies handle marketing, appointment reminders, lead response, and two way customer conversations. She has been with Textellent for more than ten years, working almost exclusively with small and medium businesses.

In that time she has helped thousands of owners grow their business be helping owners leverage texting into a revenue-generating tool. She advises businesses daily on TCPA compliance, 10DLC registration, and building automated texting programs that produce reviews, referrals, and repeat revenue without adding headcount.

Outside of work, Melissa is a mom to two teenage boys, a proud football mom, and President of their high school Orchestra Booster Club. She’s also the unofficial designated chaperone for teen events and hangouts, so multitasking, problem-solving, and managing organized chaos comes naturally.
