My name is Mason Brady, and I am the founder of Brady CFO. I have over 12 years of experience with financial management, supply chain, and operations in various industries, including: food, agribusiness, logistics/distribution, construction, and professional services. My extensive background in corporate accounting has provided me with the skills needed to offer first-rate services as a Fractional CFO for small business owners. My education includes a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fresno Pacific University and an MBA with Honors, with a Concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. I am a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Financial Planning & Analysis Professional (FP&A), and Certified in Corporate Strategy & Competitive Analysis (CSCA).
Prior to my professional career, I was completely immersed in the agricultural and food industry throughout my entire lifetime. My family is full of almond farmers and during my youth, I spent time also harvesting walnuts to earn spending money. In doing this, I learned the value of a strong work ethic and financial organization. I have always had a passion for helping small, privately-owned businesses to thrive in ways that allow business owners to succeed financially while also having the time to create invaluable memories with loved ones. As a family man myself, I understand the importance of needing free time aside from running your business, which can be difficult without having an efficient and accurate accounting team or CFO.
