Prior to my professional career, I was completely immersed in the agricultural and food industry throughout my entire lifetime. My family is full of almond farmers and during my youth, I spent time also harvesting walnuts to earn spending money. I have always had a passion for helping small, privately-owned businesses to thrive in ways that allow business owners to succeed financially while also having the time to create invaluable memories with loved ones.
