Laura Anaya NSITE

Laura Anaya brings more than a decade of experience in workforce development, employer engagement, and program leadership to NSITE. In her role, she leads employer services, growing pipelines of job and internship/apprenticeship opportunities for professionals who are blind or visually impaired through strategic partnerships across the public and private sectors. Previously, Laura directed large scale apprenticeship and workforce programs, secured public funding through competitive RFPs, and cultivated employer relationships nationwide. She is a Certified CAPM and Workplace Excellence Master Trainer, committed to advancing economic mobility through inclusive talent strategies.
