Kevin Smith is the founder and principal consultant of Steady Bridge Consulting in Fort Worth, Texas. He works with founder-led businesses that have spent time and money on tools that never fit how the operation actually runs, leaving the owner as the bottleneck.

Kevin spent more than 20 years as a software engineer, holds a degree in Computer Engineering, and built his own kickboxing studio to profitability. He knows how systems work and what it takes to run a small business.
