Kerri McKeown is the Director of Sales, Client Management, and Administration in Highmark’s Small Group Sales division. She is responsible for both new sales and retention teams across 4 regions within Pennsylvania, and small group operations across the Highmark’s footprint.
Kerri has spent just under 20 years with Highmark, continually progressing through roles in Product Development, Health Care Reform Management, Producer Relations, and Sales. She values connectivity to the market, embraces change and challenges within the small group insurance industry, and stands behind Highmark’s mission of creating a remarkable health experience. Prior to Highmark, she spent time in sales roles within the communication technology industry.
Kerri graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and from Misericordia University with a Master’s degree in Organizational Management.
Outside of work, Kerri is active in her children’s schools and sporting activities. She also enjoys cooking; outdoor activities like hiking, ATV riding, and fishing; practicing DSLR photography; and supporting her husband’s automotive reconditioning company.
