Jesse Rios serves as the Latino Market Regional Manager for New York Life's West Division, where he is dedicated to expanding the company's presence within Latino communities. In his role, Jesse partners with General Office leadership to develop recruitment strategies, cultivate diverse talent, and support financial professionals in growing their practices and deepening their impact within the communities they serve. His expertise includes candidate development, marketing strategy, case design, business development, community engagement, virtual support, and bilingual recruiting initiatives.

Jesse began his career with New York Life in 2013 after spending five years in the banking industry.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jesse is deeply committed to community service and leadership. He actively supports and participates in numerous organizations, including local Chambers of Commerce, the Los Angeles Latino Chamber of Commerce, the NCA Youth Soccer League, the Alzheimer's Association, and the American Cancer Society.
