Dr. Jackie Bsharah is an executive coach at Novus Global, working with leaders to close the gap between who they are today and the results they are committed to creating. She partners with senior executives and entrepreneurs in high-achieving fields including finance, healthcare, law, and manufacturing to drive measurable results in high-stakes environments.

She is also the founder of Dynamic Collaborations LLC and the creator of Learned Bravery®, a transformational framework that equips individuals to take aligned action in the face of fear, uncertainty, and pressure.

As an Arabic speaker, Jackie brings a cross-cultural lens to leadership, helping individuals move beyond language and identity barriers to define and execute a vision that is authentically their own.

She brings a rare combination of executive leadership and award-winning media experience.

Jacquelyn was part of the team that received the Edward R. Murrow Award for coverage of the 9/11 attacks and later served as Executive Producer at The Associated Press during the organization’s receipt of three additional Murrow Awards.

She teaches leadership and talent management at Georgetown University and the University of Southern California and was recognized in Marquis Who’s Who in America (2025).
