Erin Ramirez is an Adaptability Strategist, organizational scientist, and founder of Real Change Studio. She helps leaders make clear decisions, adapt faster, and keep moving forward when plans shift, pressure rises, and the path ahead feels uncertain.

Earlier in her career, Erin served as a senior leader at a global Fortune 500 company, where she led change readiness efforts for major enterprise-wide transformations impacting up to 70,000 people. Today, she works with leaders and teams across Northern Illinois and throughout the country as an executive coach, keynote speaker, and advisor, helping them navigate complexity, strengthen collaboration, and lead with clarity through change.

Erin was also named a Nobel Peace Scholar and Lilly Scholar. These experiences took her around the world studying leadership, serving communities, and working alongside people solving real-world challenges, and they continue to shape her practical, people-centered approach to leadership today.
