Douglas Maxwell Marshall is a seasoned entrepreneur, public speaker, and business leader based in Dallas, Texas. With a career that spans real estate services, consumer products, and community engagement, Douglas brings energy, innovation, and integrity to everything he does.
Born in Texarkana, Texas, and raised in Houston and Tyler, Douglas developed an early interest in business and strategy. He earned a Finance degree from Texas Tech University in 1985, laying the foundation for a dynamic career defined by both calculated risk and bold creativity.
Douglas is the owner of DCR Property Services, a Dallas-based company providing real estate and property solutions across the region. He also founded The GameFace Company, a unique face-paint alternative brand that gained national attention during his appearance on ABC’s Shark Tank — Season 4, Episode 412, with a follow-up feature in Season 5.
Outside of his business ventures, Doug is deeply involved in the automotive enthusiast community. He serves as the administrator for the Cars & Coffee of Dallas Facebook group, which has grown to over 17,000 members under his leadership. His passion for cars, connection, and creativity fuels this thriving online and in-person community.
Sensing the need for fellowship among fellow Christian men, Doug founded The Lumen Group in 2021. He leads a weekly discussion on Christian literature and life application in the Park Cities of Dallas, TX.
