David J. Merbaum has been practicing law in Atlanta for over 30 years. He is the founding member of Merbaum & Becker, P.C. with two offices in the Atlanta area. David graduated from Queens College in NY with a degree in history and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Emory University in Atlanta. Merbaum & Becker PC represents a variety of clients in a number of practice areas including construction law, real estate disputes, collections, contract drafting and analysis, landlord/tenant, and business disputes, among others. Andrew J. Becker is a partner at Merbaum & Becker, P.C. specializing in construction law, commercial collections, and mergers and acquisitions. Andrew has reviewed and drafted countless contracts, ranging from small residential additions to large manufacturing facilities with acres of floor space. When reviewing and drafting contracts, Andrew focuses on protecting his clients from the crippling monetary losses that occur when an owner or general contractor defaults. Andrew holds his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University in Massachusetts and his law degree from Emory University. He is admitted to all State and Federal Courts in Georgia, including the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Andrew lives in Atlanta with his wife, Rebecca, and their two children. In his free time, Andrew is a Mason and a barbeque judge.
