Chet Thaker Telebright

Chet Thaker is a telecom industry entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex telecom and technology environments & their obsolescence. He has worked with major carriers including the Bell System companies. He has taught two telecom courses at University of California Irvine and is the author of a 1988 book "Negotiating Telecommunications Contracts".
