As Assistant Vice President of the Omni Channel, Alex leads an organization that is transforming the way AT&T meets and serves business customers across all stages of their lifecycle. He leads a team of over 500 sellers responsible for driving strategic growth and transformation across all sales segments within AT&T Business (Digital, SMB, Mid-Markets, Enterprise, and Public Sector).
Believing in the value of diversifying his leadership and career experiences, Alex has held numerous roles across various organizations. During his 10-plus year career, he has held both individual contributor and leadership roles in sales, marketing, and HR. Throughout his experiences, Alex continues to have a passion for serving business customers and helping them reach their full potential through AT&T’s diverse portfolio.
A proven innovator and thought leader, with each team that he leads Alex continues to be at the forefront of leveraging technology to respond to the rapidly changing marketplace, create exceptional customer experiences, improve productivity, drive efficiencies, and make better decisions through data and analytics.
Alex is a strong advocate for young professionals’ advancement and talent development and continues to impact new sellers through his leadership of the B2B Sales Development Program. He also serves on the board of directors for OxyGEN; an Employee Group focused on multi-generational initiatives and The Leader Lab Advisory Board.
Alex holds a BA in Marketing from The University of Arizona and is still actively involved in the Eller College of Management where he serves on the Marketing Department Advisory Board. Alex joined AT&T in June 2010 via the BSLDP, now known as the B2B Sales Development Program.
He currently resides in Dallas, Texas with his husband Zack and spends the majority of his time outside of the office traveling and exploring new countries.
