She started her career as a “fit finder” at a Philadelphia law firm and has since placed talent across nearly every sector that’s asked her to help — from salespeople to sous chefs to surgeons — building recruiting teams and practices from the ground up along the way. Her core belief: talent is like a dog. Hiring is the head, retention is the tail, and employee experience is everything in between.
