Aaron Lee Bloom Growth

Aaron Lee is an entrepreneurial, creative, and marketing leader with more than 35 years of experience helping leadership teams unlock transformational growth. Through his coaching practice SIXQ and as a certified Bloom Growth Coach, Aaron helps leaders scale their businesses with clarity, purpose, and aligned execution using the Bloom Growth OS framework.

Aaron’s entrepreneurial journey includes founding iluma Agency, a nationally recognized franchise marketing firm that earned four spots on the Inc. 5000 list and multiple Best Places to Work honors before merging with Peak Seven. Today, Aaron also serves as Chairman of the Board for Mirth and Mischief Productions, an immersive fantasy entertainment company, where he brings his creative and strategic expertise to the evolving world of experiential storytelling.

In parallel, Aaron has held over a decade of leadership roles within the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), including U.S. East Regional Chair and Chair of EO’s Global Strategy & Planning Council. A graduate of both the EO Global Leadership Academy and Global Speakers Academy, he has received EO’s “Living Beyond Yourself” and “Global Communications Chair” awards for his ongoing service to entrepreneurial leaders worldwide.
