The 4 D’s To Success

• 1:00PM - 1:30PM • Workshop Room 3

Karel came to the United States from Cuba when he was 11 years old. He didn't speak any English when he arrived. His mother was escaping communism and she was a vocal opponent of Castro. Her brother even spent 25+ years in prison there for his activism. Karel came from humble beginnings and is now the owner and CEO of draftPros which he turned into a $30M a year revenue company from when he bought into the company several years ago when it was only doing $1.5M in business. draftPros is a Nationally Certified Minority Business Enterprise. Karel's story is inspiring and shows how anything is possible with the right work ethic and attitude.
