Jose Santiago holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and is based in Jacksonville, Florida. With 14 years of experience at the IRS, Jose has contributed his expertise in both the Collections and Disclosure Divisions. Currently serving as the Public Affairs Specialist within the Tax Outreach Partnership & Education (TOPE) Branch, Jose acts as a TOPE liaison for the Hispanic segment. In this role, he disseminates the latest updates from the IRS to national partners, as well as Spanish-speaking partners and communities.
