Ozlem Aydin began her IRS career more than 20 years ago as a Revenue Officer and spent a decade in Services Enforcement, including serving as a Supervisory Revenue Officer. She later transitioned to the Human Capital Office, where she worked across multiple functional areas. In 2019, she joined Communications & Liaison as a senior advisor to the Director of the Office of Communications and went on to support and lead service-wide initiatives and enterprise projects, including assignments with the Strategy and Transformation Office.
Ozlem currently serves as Director of the Tax, Outreach, Partnerships and Education (TOPE) office, where she leads efforts to build strategic partnerships
