More Juice for the Squeeze: Getting the Most Out of Your Marketing

05/27/2021 CST • Workshop Room 2

As a business leader, your resources are finite. While marketing is an essential part of any business, how, when, and where you market depends on your needs, goals, and resources. Every business is different, but marketing boils down to the same three things: the time you can spend on it, the money you can spend on it, and the skills you need to know to do it.

In this presentation, Julia Becker Collins, COO of Vision Advertising, will help you lay the marketing groundwork by assessing your resources and marketing environment to know where your efforts are best spent.

Julia will dive deep with you to:

  • Take stock of all of your business’s resources
  • Understand your budget and how your marketing goals fit into it
  • Look at how much time you can reasonably devote to marketing
  • Review what marketing expertise you and or your team possess

No longer overwhelmed by all the noise that’s out in the world of marketing, you’ll leave this presentation feeling empowered to make the right decisions for your company.
