Ms. Man-Li Lin is Economic Development Specialist at the U.S. Small Business Administration Metro New York District Office. She also serves in district roles as International Trade Officer. Prior to joining SBA, Manli served as Business Services Representative and Employment Services Representative for the New York State Department of Labor. She also founded the Long Island Families Adopt Children from China (FCC LI) Chinese School and the TzuChi Foundation Long Island Chinese School. Manli holds a Master of Science in Management Engineering in Computer Science and a Master of Arts in Teaching English as a Second Language from Long Island University in U.S. She holds a Bachelor of Arts
