Previously, Laura directed large scale apprenticeship and workforce programs, secured public funding through competitive RFPs, and cultivated employer relationships nationwide. Maurice Crittendon is a workforce and talent acquisition professional with over 15 years of experience in recruiting, workforce development, and accessible program operations. A blind professional, he brings both lived insight and practical expertise to his role as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at NSITE, a workforce initiative of National Industries for the Blind. Maurice focuses on building effective hiring pathways, strengthening candidate readiness, and helping employers successfully engage and retain talent from an often underutilized workforce.
