In this workshop, we will dive into how small adjustments in these 6 areas, can produce high-performance habits that will be life-altering. The six areas include Motivation, Focus, Confidence, Energy, Purpose, and leadership. If these areas of focus are not grown using practical tools, (which will be presented in the workshop) they can keep you stuck and even manifest depression and anxiety in your everyday life.
