Mabel Frías is an accomplished entrepreneur and former corporate executive with a proven track record of developing and executing merchandising strategies for leading fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands, including Macy’s, One Kings Lane, Violet Grey, Nordstrom, and Savage X Fenty, Rihanna’s lingerie brand. She began her retail career as an executive trainee in Macy’s prestigious Executive Training Program in New York City.

As co-founder of LUNA MAGIC, Mabel led the team that scaled the beauty brand to national distribution at Walmart, Target, and CVS—all within 18 months. LUNA MAGIC has been featured on ABC’s Shark Tank, Good Morning America, Allure, WWD, POPSUGAR, People en Español, Telemundo, Cosmopolitan, and more.

Mabel is now the founder of Love Magia Inc., a strategic holding company specializing in IP brand building, partnership development, and strategic advisory. Through Love Magia Inc., she transforms stories, cultural memory, and emotional experiences into distinctive commercial concepts with the potential to extend across products, partnerships, and experiences. Her latest IP/CPG venture, Read Fragrances, is a consumer fragrance brand that brings together scent, storytelling, and social impact through its partnership with First Book. The collection is available on Target.com. Mabel is also a highly sought after retailer expert in entrepreneurship, beauty, home and lifestyle categories.
