Jason is the Co-Founder and Principal of Website Closers, the world’s largest Technology and Internet M&A firm for the SMB and Lower Middle Markets. Drawing on a background as an attorney, military officer, serial entrepreneur, and author, Jason has built a career leading and scaling companies while guiding entrepreneurs through successful exits.

With more than two decades of experience, Jason has owned and operated a portfolio of 25+ Tech-Enabled Companies. This experience gave him first-hand insight into building, growing, marketing, and selling businesses. His legal background provides deep expertise in negotiations and deal structuring, while his military service instills leadership, discipline, and mission focus that continue to shape his approach to the M&A Process.

As an M&A advisor, Jason has personally overseen thousands of successful transactions. Under his leadership, Website Closers has expanded into a global franchise with representation in 15 countries, with 65 franchise owners, and nearly 100 professionals. He also developed one of the world’s largest curated buyer ecosystems, comprising more than 1.4 million qualified investors across private equity, family offices, strategic acquirers, and high-net-worth individuals. Besides Website Closers, Jason has co-founded multiple other firms in the M&A space, including ValleyBiggs, SellerForce, DealPipe, and Yaw Capital.

Jason is a published author and recognized thought leader in entrepreneurship and M&A, frequently writing and speaking on topics related to business growth, exit strategy, and acquisition financing. He is passionate about helping founders maximize value and achieve life-changing outcomes.
