Trent Lee is one of the nation’s leading business brokers and business appraisers. For seven consecutive years, he has been recognized by the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) as the #1 business broker in the country for the most completed business sale transactions.

Trent brings a rare mix of real-world deal experience, business valuation knowledge, and business ownership experience. He holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting,began his Master of Finance at Harvard University, and then transferred to finish his MBA at Texas A&M University.

Before becoming a business broker, Trent founded, grew, and successfully sold two of his own companies, including one that grew to more than 90 employees. Having personally experienced the challenges of building, operating, and selling a company gives Trent a unique understanding of what business owners face when preparing for an exit.

Today, Trent works with business owners, buyers, and investors throughout the business sale process. His experience includes business valuations, deal structure, financing, negotiations, due diligence, and helping owners prepare their companies for a successful sale.
