Natalie Hirsch knows small business from the inside out. Before joining Amazon, she founded and ran two small businesses where she wore every hat from sales and marketing to operations and accounting. She was also employee #11 at an early-stage startup and spent time at a software company with under 100 employees, giving her a front-row seat to the challenges of scaling with limited resources.

Today, Natalie is a Senior Worldwide Specialist at Amazon, where she focuses on bringing AI-powered tools to small and medium businesses. Her mission is to make AI practical, accessible, and genuinely useful for the businesses that need it most.
