Mr. Ottomone serves as Vice President, SaaS Centers of Excellence. In this role, he is responsible for the successful execution of all Salesforce®, ServiceNow® and other SaaS client engagements, professional services, and managed services, covering complete sets of products. Mr. Ottomone is also a certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, with expertise in process improvement, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction and is also certified in SaaS Emerging Technologies.

As a member of Rimini Street’s senior leadership team, he leads the end-to-end expansion of the SaaS competency, including strategy, service delivery, financial performance, sales support, and client satisfaction. Additionally, he develops innovative and modernized solutions offerings to enable our clients to drive the most value from their SaaS investments. Some of the solutions Mr. Ottomone has delivered include ERP Modernization and Digital Enterprise Transformation for global clients. Mr. Ottomone’s mission is to leverage his 23 plus years of SaaS expertise to deliver the best solutions for our clients and help them achieve their business goals.

Mr. Ottomone is a skilled executive leader with 23 years of experience in overall IT leadership and SaaS ERP professional experience.

Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Ottomone was the CIO/Head of Global Information Systems & Professional Services for SaaS CoEs at ABB Enterprise Software where he was responsible for establishing the professional services strategies for global clients delivering innovative solutions that enabled clients to maximize their investments and consistently reduce TCO.

Previously, Mr. Ottomone held executive leadership roles at Honeywell, AmerisourceBergen, Cable & Wireless, and Chicago Tribune.

Mr.Ottomone holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the City University of New York and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from MIT Sloan.
