Since joining Delta in 2015, he has held various positions in sales including Senior Sales Account Executive – Banking, Sales Integration - Project Leader, Sales Coordinator, and Sales Account Executive where he was instrumental in growing the overall performance of banking accounts, led and executed Delta and Gol’s talent exchange program to solidify the partnership in Brazil. Tiago has extensive cultural exposure and experience having lived in Japan, France, England, Brazil, and the United States. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management from Pontifical Catholic University, Brazil.
