Sue Trombley, MLIS, IGP, FAI, is Managing Director of Thought Leadership at Iron Mountain. Prior to this role, Sue led Iron Mountain’s Information Management Consulting group for 10 years, leading a team of subject matter experts and running large customer engagements. She now conducts research to share with the information management community at large by hosting webinars, blogging, and speaking at association events. She is ARMA (Association of Records Managers and Administrators) fellow #51, sits on the University of Texas at Austin School of Information Advisory Council, and is a past AIIM (Association for Information and Image Management) board member, ARMA regional advisor, and past president of ARMA's Boston Chapter.
