Marisa thrives as a trusted business leader, partner and consultant, passionate about employee relations, recruitment and retention, onboarding programs, compensation planning, learning and development, engagement, recognition, organizational culture, leadership, and compliance. Armed with a BBA in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of North Texas, she also holds certifications from both the Human Resources Certification Institute (PHR) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).
