Lynn is the founder and CEO of ConnectA Strategic Solutions Group. She has spent her 25+ year career partnering with companies to develop, launch, and market their products in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
Despite the incredible work being done within that industry, she noticed that 60% of product launches were failing – and they often had nothing to do with the safety of the product.
With her diverse background, she founded ConnectA Strategic Solutions Group to provide 360-degree consultant services to increase launch success dramatically. Over the past 10 years, she has empowered product launch teams to hit their goals while remaining mentally resilient throughout the process. She does this by combining mindset, team performance, strategies, and execution support.
Her passion includes being on the Advisory Board of the non-profit Bright Now and supporting other non-profits.
