Stake Your Leadership T.E.N.T. and Quell Quiet Quitting Within 90 Days

• 10:30AM - 11:00AM • Workshop Room 4

Are you a leader striving to cultivate a high-performing team that leaves a lasting impact? High employee turnover can incur costs of up to three times an employee's annual salary. Companies fostering strong employee engagement tend to experience lower absenteeism, heightened customer satisfaction, and ultimately, improved profitability.

For centuries, militaries worldwide have utilized tents as versatile, mobile headquarters that shield their occupants from the elements. Likewise, modern leaders must be adaptable, mobile, and protect their teams from burnout and disengagement.

This session offers insights into four essential leadership practices that serve as foundational pillars, fostering an environment where employees are motivated to stay and excel. Just as staking the corners is the quickest way to set up a tent, participants will engage in a personal S.W.O.T. analysis during the session to implement practices that yield results within 90 days and beyond.
