Diana joined Amazon in December 2022, where she began her journey as an Account Manager for the Black Business Accelerator program and later the Seller Success & Recruitment team for North America. During her tenure, she has remained focused on enabling the success of entrepreneurs, small businesses, and underserved communities through various roles, programs, and initiatives.
