Kiley Peters is an international award-winning serial entrepreneur, small business strategist, executive coach, and operations consultant with 15 years of industry experience.

Many know her as the founder of Brainchild Studios®, her international award-winning digital content marketing agency which she built to seven figures in revenue, six figures in profit and 30 team members over six years. She dissolved at the end of 2022 in order to pursue helping women small business owners at scale.

She is now focused on RAYNE IX, her executive consultancy which helps women launch and leverage their businesses to build financial freedom and more fulfilling lives by building business strategies that align with their personal goals and values. To further this mission, she began The 100 Collective, a directory of and membership for service-based women small business owners who want to build their business and lift up other women in the process.

She built The Starter Kit, a series of online courses guiding emerging entrepreneurs through the steps of starting a small business. And in 2022, she launched her podcast, Welcome to Eloma, a podcast for visionaries, entrepreneurs, and business owners who want to become better leaders, people, and pioneers.

In 2022, RAYNE IX was recognized as the Best Consultant in Milwaukee from the Milwaukee Awards Program. In 2020 and 2019, Brainchild Studios was awarded international recognition as Business Services Company of the Year for a company with fewer than 10 employees by the Stevie Awards. In 2018, Brainchild Studios won the Wisconsin Marketplace Governor's Rising Star Award for a Women-Owned Business.

Additionally, Kiley has spoken across the country on the topics of entrepreneurship, small business strategy, digital content strategy, and consumer behavior research at the Exit Planning Summit, KNOW Women Summit, Content Marketing Conference, Content Marketing World, The Second City, Google, FUND Conference, Women’s Entrepreneurship Week, Milwaukee Startup Week, Local First & When Women Lead among many others.

She is a Faculty Member at Exit Planning Institute (EPI), a former Adjunct Professor at Marquette University teaching Digital Content Strategy and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is also a mentor at BizStarts, gener8tor, and Wisconsin Women's Business Initiative Corporation (WWBIC).
