As the Loyalty Manager for IKEA Carson John Arguelles is responsible to ensure our visitors have an enjoyable, convenient, and successful shopping and buying experience that leads to increased sales and sustained long-term profitability, as well as establish and retain a life-long relationship with existing and new customers.  As part of the Customer Engagement & Loyalty Approach John's ‘focus is to promote the loyalty program IKEA Family, and John is responsible for gathering customer intelligence and developing action plans to improve the customer shopping experience. Loyalty managers act as culture ambassadors and are involved in leading local marketing campaigns, IKEA Public Relations, Public Affairs, Community Involvement as well as IKEA for Business.
