Creating the Forever Customer

Have you ever thought about what motivates people to buy a product or use a service? Is it to gain popularity, stay trending, or for power? The answer is deeper than that. History has proven that people are motivated by a desire to meet their fundamental needs. Even more, business owners are motivated by a desire to meet their customers deep-rooted needs. People are ingrained with 7 categories of needs that are called, Fundamental Human Needs. We each express and are satisfied with each need in a different way. This is the key to branding any business. No matter if you want to grow your business, influence potential customers, or create loyal customers; there is no better strategy than to use the Fundamental Human Needs to meet the customers needs. This theory is what prompted the concept of my unique marketing strategy. If you’re meeting a customer’s fundamental needs, people will follow your brand anywhere you take them. I have used this theory to create the Hi-Five marketing plan. This strategy focuses on five touchpoints which create a brand presence that connects with your target market, no matter the product or service.
