Change Culture, Change Outcomes

• Workshop Room 2

The relationship between organizational culture and results is symbiotic. The culture mobilizes the people…the people mobilize the culture. This is precisely why efforts to change culture are so challenging. The work is cyclical. Multi-faceted. Iterative. As leaders we must assume this. And we must approach the work involved, eyes and mind open, fully appreciative of the beautiful and ugly complexity within each organizational culture. Is culture change work deeply complex and uncomfortable? Perhaps. This workshop reminds us that when done earnestly, and in good partnership, culture change work is also deeply insightful and rewarding.
