Al is an experienced entrepreneur and leader in the development and operations of Chambers of Commerce, sales, marketing, and business development. He is the co-founder and President of the Global Trade Chamber and Chairman of the 100 Successful Women in Business Network. Al is an international speaker, coach trainer and advisor to entrepreneurs from many cultures, nations and minority groups. Al has served the Business Community for over 20 years and has served on the Executive Board of the Florida State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Broward County Government Diversity Advisory Council, the City of Pembroke Pines Economic Development Board, Sister Cities International Ft. Lauderdale Board, Executive Director of the Lauderhill Regional Chamber, Board Member World Trade Center Ft. Lauderdale, Board Member Florida Foreign Trade Association. For over 20 years Al has collaborated with local national and international organizations on numerous successful economic development projects, events and initiatives in the US and abroad. Al has received numerous awards and recognitions form US and International organizations and Government agencies including the Life Time Achievement Award 2022 for Community Service from The President of the United States Joe Biden.
